Based on the behavior I’ve seen from Toon sex palace it seems to be legit. The problems with most of these 3d animation sites is when you sign up they stick you on some re-billing program and additionally they sign up you with other pron networks without your consent. On the Toonsexpalace.com order page at the moment at least (July 21, 2013) they’ve done what I think is a pretty good job explaining to their customers how their site works.

The good thing about Toonsexpalace.com is they provide a toll free phone number on their order page so if you have any questions or concerns I highly recommend that you call that number prior to signing up. Because nothing is more embarrassing than calling your credit card company and telling them you’ve been scammed by a porn company.
Reviews of Toonsexpalace.com is nothing special I’ve seen many of their videos already so I wasn’t impressed that said if you’re a newbie you might like their videos one other thing uncheck the bonus offers if you don’t want to be billed 2 or 3 times. The bonus offers are located to the right of their sign up page. I think Toonsexpalace is legit but I don’t recommend them.
