Based on my reviews cpapointer.com is not legit or a scam, it’s more of a promotional offer, currently as of the date of this posts publication cpapointer.com appears to be affiliated with Victoria Hearts, I’m not too sure what make of Victoria Hearts it’s new and it makes a lot of claims without any real physical address, so for someone like me I’m not sure what to say about them, all I will say is be careful if you decide to join them. When it comes to my recommendation you should all know that when it comes to international dating nothing beats A Foreign Affair.
